Take Our Annual Satisfaction Survey This Month

TriHealth’s mission is “to improve the health status of the people we serve” and providing “Service Excellence for all our Customers” is one of our values that we firmly believe in and thrive to meet at all P&G Fitness Centers. This is accomplished by entrusting our staff to anticipate customer needs, continuously strive to improve our services, and exceed our customer’s expectations.

As a key part of this effort, we will be conducting our Annual Satisfaction Survey this month. A link to this survey will be emailed to you soon. Please take a few minutes and complete the survey as your feedback is an invaluable tool for us. Please be as detailed as possible with your feedback. Statements like, “You’re missing some equipment I wish you had” or “I wish you had more classes,” are not enough to go on as we strive to improve. The survey provides us with critical information we need to continually improve our programs and services to better meet your needs and accomplish our goal of “Service Excellence.”
