Staying Motivated

By the end of January less than 40% of people who made New Year’s resolutions to exercise regularly are still adhering to their fitness programs. Make 2015 the year you reach your personal health goals. Here are a few suggestions to help you stay on track:

  • Update your goals. Were your New Year’s health goals too aggressive or not intense enough? Evaluate your progress and update your goals to help keep a reasonable target in front of you.
  • Refresh Your Workouts. If your workouts are losing their zip and your body is ready for another challenge, refresh your workout plan. Talk to one of the TriHealth Fitness Professionals at the P&G Fitness Centers for a program update.
  • Share your goals. Share your health goals with someone close to you and write them down. Both of these steps help you make more of commitment to your goals and your health.
