Group Fitness Classes
All classes begin with a warm-up and pre-stretch and end with a cool-down and stretch. Most classes incorporate muscle conditioning into classes. Formats and instructors are subject to change. Lunch classes are 45 minutes long.
The P&G Fitness Centers' offer extensive aerobics programs featuring a variety of classes in an aerobic performance studio with resilient wood floor, wall-to-wall mirrors and state-of-the-art sound system.
